FlicKey
​Designed the FlicKey, a compact keychain organizer featuring a spring-loaded shell that deploys keys with a single flick, paired with a modular frame for housing a car fob. The SolidWorks CAD model incorporated a compression spring retention mechanism, physical deployment stops, and a two-part shell geometry designed for easy color variant manufacturing. As part of a product entrepreneurship course, the design was backed by a complete go-to-market strategy, competitive landscape analysis, and a financial model projection.

Thumbs Up Machine
As part of a kinematics and dynamics course, collaborated with a four-person team to design, model, and physically build a biomimetic mechanical hand capable of performing a thumbs up gesture. Finger motion was achieved through a wire-driven crank mechanism inspired by flexor tendon anatomy, with built-in physical stops to control range of motion. The project spanned concept sketching, SolidWorks CAD, CREO simulation for joint force and position analysis, and 3D printed prototype assembly.




Cloud Cushion
Designed and developed Cloud Cushion, a pneumatic wheelchair accessory that automatically redistributes seated pressure to prevent decubitus ulcers. The product features an individually addressable air cell matrix, cooling gel layer, and rechargeable battery system with a total manufactured cost under $75. The project culminated in a full investment pitch including market analysis, competitive bench marking, and financial modeling.
